How does Collagio work?
Collagio is a premium collage maker. Open the Studio, select 2–4 photos from your library, then choose a mood, layout, style, and optional caption. Your collage is composed instantly and can be saved to your photos with one tap. Every collage is saved to your personal library for easy access.
What are the available layouts?
Collagio currently offers two layouts: 2×2 — a clean, balanced four-photo grid; and Showcase — a dynamic layout where one hero photo takes up the left half and three supporting photos stack on the right. More layouts may be added in future updates.
What are the Style options?
There are four style overlays:
Classic — A timeless, clean frame with minimal decoration.
Header — Adds a subtle header bar with the mood name at the top.
Overlay — A bold style where the mood label and decorative elements are overlaid directly on the collage.
Spread — An editorial-inspired layout with a spread feel.
What are Moods and how do they affect my collage?
Moods set the overall color theme, border style, and atmosphere of your collage. Options like Sunlit bring warm, golden tones; Tender gives a soft, muted palette; Lively adds energy with bolder contrast; and Stillness uses cooler, quieter tones. Switching moods updates your collage preview instantly.
Can I add a caption to my collage?
Yes! The Caption tab in the Studio lets you type a short text (up to 30 characters) that appears overlaid on your collage. It's great for adding a date, a name, a location, or a short phrase. The caption is optional — leave it blank for a clean look.
How do I save and share my collage?
Tap the "Save to Photos" button at the bottom of the Studio screen. Your finished collage will be saved directly to your device's photo library at full resolution. From there you can share it through any app — Messages, Instagram, WhatsApp, or anywhere else.
Where are my saved collages?
All your created collages are stored in your Library, accessible from the home screen. Each collage shows its name (the mood used), the number of photos, and the date it was created. Tap any collage card to view or re-edit it in the Studio.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your device's store settings:
iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Collagio → Cancel Subscription.
Android: Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → Collagio → Cancel.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so you'll retain access until then.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google depending on your platform.

What subscription plans are available?
Collagio offers two plans:
Weekly Plan — $2.99/week: Billed every 7 days. Full access to all features including unlimited collages, all moods, layouts, styles, and captions. Cancel anytime.
Yearly Plan — $29.99/year: Best value. Save over 80% compared to the weekly plan. Billed once per year with full access to all features.
Are my photos private? Who can see them?
Your photos are entirely private. Collagio processes photos on your device to compose the collage and never shares your images with third parties or displays them publicly. For full details, see our

How many photos can I use in one collage?
Collagio is optimized for collages of 2–4 photos. The 2×2 layout uses exactly 4 photos, while the Showcase layout uses 4 photos (1 hero + 3 supporting). For best results, select photos with good composition and similar or complementary lighting.
The app is crashing or not working. What do I do?
First, try closing and restarting the app. If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling (your collage library will be restored from backup). If you're still experiencing issues, please email support@collagio.app with your device model, iOS/Android version, and a description of the problem.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can request full account and data deletion by emailing support@collagio.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request - Collagio". Please include your account email. We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm when complete.
Is Collagio available on both iOS and Android?
Yes! Collagio is available on both the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android). Download it free on either platform and subscribe to unlock unlimited collages and all features.

Tips for Better Collages
- Use high-resolution photos — the higher the quality of your originals, the sharper and more polished the final collage output.
- Mix close-up and wide shots — combining different focal lengths makes your collage more visually interesting and dynamic.
- Match your mood to the lighting — bright, warm photos pair beautifully with Sunlit; moody, low-lit photos shine under Stillness or Tender.
- Use the Showcase layout for a hero shot — if you have one standout photo, use Showcase to let it dominate the layout.
- Try the Overlay style for social posts — the Overlay style gives your collage a bold, editorial feel that stands out on social media.
- Keep captions short and powerful — with only 30 characters, less is more. A date, a city, a name, or a single evocative phrase works best.
- Experiment with moods freely — switching moods updates the preview instantly, so try a few before committing. The same photos can tell a completely different story in different moods.
